By accessing or using the Website, the Website Content or the Services you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. POD’s name and logo

“Peace One Day” and POD’s logo are registered trademark’s owned by and registered to POD. You may use POD’s trademarks, provided you comply with these Terms and Conditions and the following specific conditions:

  • that it shall be purely for referential and non-commercial purposes;
  • you may not use the name and/or logo in any way that indicates or creates the impression that POD endorses, approves, sponsors or is affiliated with any products, services or goods available on your own website;
  • banners bearing the name and/or logo may only be used for the purpose of linking to the POD website as designated within the link, and these links should always be active links;
  • the name and/or logo may not be combined with any other graphic elements; nor may they be altered in any way, including size, proportions, font, design, arrangement, colours or elements; nor may they be animated, morphed or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance; and

If you do use the logo, you must include “Trademark of Peace One Day Ltd” in the alt tag or visibly on the page. Articles and text produced by POD may be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Articles and text from third party sources remains the intellectual property and copyright of those third party sources, and permission for use should be sought from those original sources.

All images on our website are copyright of POD (or its licensors) and may be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You must also reproduce the copyright information in its entirety and credit the photographer when named.

Films

You may download films from the Website, which are copyright of POD (or its licensors) with all rights reserved, provided you comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Submitted Content

You agree that you are responsible for all information, text, data, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials submitted to the Website by you (“Submitted Content”). Submitted Content must be accurate (where it is a statement of fact), be genuinely held (where it is an opinion) and comply with applicable law in the United Kingdom and in any country from which it is posted. As of its submission via the Website, you hereby grant POD a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, publish, display, distribute, reproduce, store, archive, modify, adapt, translate, and create derivative works from the Submitted Content. You shall indemnify and hold harmless POD, its affiliated entities and any third party against any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or proceedings that POD, its affiliated entities or any third party may incur or suffer as a result of or in connection with any claim that the use, possession or receipt of any Submitted Content infringes the rights (including rights of privacy and confidentiality and intellectual property rights) of any person. Rights etc. cumulative and other matters

The rights, powers, privileges and remedies provided under any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights, powers, privileges or remedies provided under any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy or by applicable law or otherwise. No failure to exercise nor any delay in the exercise by POD of any right, power, privilege or remedy under these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy shall impair or operate as a waiver thereof in whole or in part. No single or partial exercise of any right, power privilege or remedy under these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy shall prevent any further or other exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, powers, privilege or remedy.

Invalidity

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy shall be held to be illegal, void, invalid or unenforceable under the applicable laws of any jurisdiction, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy in that jurisdiction shall not be affected, and the legality, validity and enforceability of the whole of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy in any other jurisdiction shall not be affected.

Law and jurisdiction
